I know just enough of a couple languages to get myself into trouble. Sometimes, when I’m trying to speak Albanian, Spanish comes out. Though I’m better at Albanian, I think it is because I learned Spanish first. Also, it’s the same with unspoken languages. I have been experiencing confusion after having come back to American Sign Language.

i know what you mean. but what happens when you’re just in Italy for a week and then instead of Danke, Grazie comes out. I’m not tri-lingual by any means… instead, i think Grazie is just prettier than Danke. luckily, my mother here(not actually my mother) is also fluent in Italian so she answers me with a laugh with Prego. it’s beautiful, it really is.
